The Moka Post is also known as ‘stove-up espresso-maker’ or ‘magic pot’ or ‘Moka Express’. It’s an inconspicuous, two-piece kettle, placed on the stove, which prepares great coffee in just a few minutes. You just need to add water and ground coffee. Simple steps:

  •  Unscrew top; remove filter funnel.
  •  Fill the base with water to the safety valve level.
  • Replace the funnel and fill it with ground coffee (6-to-1 water to coffee ratio).
  • Tighten the top to the base securely before putting on the stovetop.
  • Heat until coffee percolates to the top, ensuring the handle isn’t over the heat source.
  •  Remove from heat and serve as an espresso or add to milk, hot or iced!
