Mush Panjwani, Founder & Chief Happiness Officer
Mush has been a sales, marketing and training professional for over 40 years. He has worked with corporates, leaders and entrepreneurs in 20 countries across Asia Pacific. Mush is a certified ‘happiness trainer’ and also the author of ‘Dhinchak Life’, a book about living a fantastic life.
Mush launched Coffee Wagera on 1-Apr-2018 with the dream to make it the best and the biggest coffee brand of Pakistan. His primary goal at CW is to keep all associates happy and motivated.

Muzammil Ali, Chief Executive Officer
Muzammil has been a serial entrepreneur since the age of 20, with successful businesses in Pakistan and Africa. He started with CW in 2021 as a franchisee for Bahria Town Karachi. Then launched the first food court kiosk of CW in Dolmen Mall (Tariq Road) in 2022, then in Ocean Mall in 2023. And has joined the management team as a CEO and partner on 1-Apr-2025!
As CEO, Muzammil is responsible for implementing all growth strategies and managing franchisee relationships.
Aamir Abro, Director Marketing & Operations
Aamir has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a PG Diploma in Construction Management. And a passion for marketing, collaborations and project management. He started with CW in 2021 as a franchisee for Hyderabad, and soon started contributing with ideas and strategies that others could follow.
As Director Marketing & Operations, Aamir is dedicated to the seamless integration of marketing strategies and operational efficiency for brand growth.
Moiz Antaria, Director Finance & Admin
Moiz did Masters in Professional Accounting from Latrobe University Australia, and has over 15 years of experience in financial strategy and management. He became part of CW as a partner franchisee for Bahria Town Karachi in 2022, where they have been achieving consistent growth.
As Director Finance & Admin. Moiz looks after all investment planning, cost efficiency, vendor management and profitability for all stakeholders.
Saqib Shamshad, Manager Business Development, Punjab
Saqib had an extensive background and expertise in hotel, restaurant and café management for over 10 years before joining CW as a franchisee in Lahore in 2022.
Within a year Saqib was given the responsibility to manage and support all franchisees in Lahore and Islamabad. As a Business Development Manager, Saqib sets up new franchisees, with complete setup, training and launch; and is also responsible for ongoing QC.
Daniyal Andani, Manager Finance & Admin
Daniyal has been with CW and Mush since the setup of the first location in 2018, when he started as a part-time accountant. Due to his dedication and competence, he soon became a full-time accounts manager, and later promoted to Manager Finance & Admin.
Dan looks after all accounting, compliances, legal matters, HR issues, vendor relationships, and even staff management of a couple of locations. One of the most valuable members of the team!
Arshad Ali, Manager Training & QC
Arshad had an extensive work experience with Gloria Jeans, New York Pizza, Berlin Gyro, Burger Lab and Usmania Restaurant before joining CW as a Barista in 2019. He was soon promoted to Supervisor, then Manager, and then Training & QC Manager in 2023.
Arshad now looks after training of all new baristas, supervisors and managers, plus makes regular QC visits to all locations. He also manages and trains at the CW Barista Academy; he also looks after order processing and customer service for CW eStore; he also takes responsibility for all events. An excellent all-rounder and a great asset!
Bilal Ahmed, Manager Training & QC
Bilal used to be a part-time medical assistant when he joined CW as a part-time barista in 2019. Within a few months he knew where he wanted to make his career and came in full-time. He was soon promoted to Supervisor, then Manager, and then Training & QC Manager in 2024.
Bilal also looks after training of all new baristas, supervisors and managers, while also making regular rounds to all locations for QC and general support to staff. Bilal has also trained a few teams outside Karachi, and supports Arshad with all events.
Esha Fatima, Manager Marketing & Communications
Esha graduated from IOBM in 2024 with a BBA, majoring in HR and Marketing. She is passionate about learning new skills, exploring new ideas and building a career in digital marketing.She started as part-time marketing coordinator in early 2024, taking care of all collaborations, events and Mush’s schedules. Her responsibilities continued to expand due to her competence and now she looks after all aspects of marketing, plus all communications and coordination between CW and external parties.
Mariam Farooq, Manager Design & Branding
Mariam is a certified designer with a passion for print and digital media. Her background in psychology is also extremely useful in connecting designs to human emotions.
Mariam has been working with CW since 2022; she has been involved in shaping the brand image and identity to where it is today. Her work shines through the wall art, menus, website, social media posts and all things visual at CW.
