Coffee Wagera recently held its much anticipated bi-annual staff training and outing, an event that brings together employees for a perfect blend of professional development and team-building fun. This time, the gathering took place at Bahria Town Karachi, offering a scenic backdrop for the day’s activities.
The training sessions focused on Coffee Wagera’s core values, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coffee knowledge, and leadership skills. Employees engaged in discussions and practical learning exercises designed to enhance their understanding of the company’s mission, the art of coffee-making, and essential leadership qualities. These informative sessions were done to empower the team and foster a unified culture that aligns with the company’s vision.
Beyond the learning, the day was packed with a variety of fun activities. Employees enjoyed a lucky draw, spontaneous singing and dancing performances, and team games competitions. A tour of the Eiffel Tower in Bahria Town added a touch of excitement and the team took some memorable pictures.
The evening concluded with a delightful dinner at Cafeela, located inside Bahria Town. The 14-hour event proved to be a perfect balance of education and enjoyment, strengthening team spirit and equipping the staff with new skills to take back to their respective locations.
This bi-annual event, held twice a year in January and July, ensures that all Coffee Wagera locations close for the day, allowing full participation from the team. It’s a commitment to growth, unity, and a shared passion for coffee, making it a highly anticipated occasion for all employees!
