Mush Panjwani started Coffee Wagera with a big dream and a small shop in Badar Commercial (DHA, Karachi) on 1-Apr-2018. The dream was to become the largest coffee brand in Pakistan, which we achieved during the first six years, with 15 locations across 4 cities!
One of our biggest accomplishments has also been to establish the ‘coffee shop’ as a viable business model and inspire new entrepreneurs with 100+ local coffee brands across Pakistan! Our Barista Academy has trained hundreds of baristas who have found fulfilling careers with coffee shops, both within and outside Pakistan.
As we start our 8th year in business, we are excited to embark on a series of new initiatives to fast-track the growth, to also become the ‘best local coffee brand’ apart from being the biggest, and to continue to inspire and support the growing coffee community.
We have a new management team with three new partners onboard:
- Mush Panjwani, Founder & Chief Happiness Officer, will continue to do what he does best – dreaming big and keeping the team happy and motivated.
- Muzammil Ali, CEO (new partner), will implement growth strategies and manage franchisee relationships.
- Aamir Abro, Director Marketing & Operations (new partner), will lead all new marketing initiatives and improve efficiency in operations.
- Moiz Zainuddin, Director Finance & Admin (new partner), will be responsible for making smart investments to drive growth and profitability for all.
