So excited to see another dream come true: Our first Coffee Wagera on Wheels (CWW) launched at I. I. Chundrigar Road (behind HBL Plaza) on 31st March 2021!
When Coffee Wagera was launched in April 2018, the dream was to have 100s of outlets across Pakistan. And there were four specific goals:
- Achieve breakeven in 3 months. We did that.
- Launch franchising within a year. We did that.
- Have five outlets in Karachi within two years. We did that.
- Have 20 outlets within five years. Working on it.
During COVID we changed the strategy to include kiosks (malls, universities, organizations) and coffee carts in the plan.
The big benefits of CW on Wheels are low investment and quick launch time for the franchisees. Of course, the model has its own unique challenges but that’s what makes any project exciting, fulfilling and rewarding!
Franchising of Coffee Wagera on Wheels is open for both inside and outside Karachi. In Karachi, we believe Saddar, Malir and Jauhar would be potential locations.
