Coffee Wagera loves supporting the community by provide event space, though limited.
For all private/commercial events i.e. birthday, training, meeting, video shoot, photo shoot:
- Minimum spending: Rs.1000 per person, or Rs.5000 in total, whichever is higher.
- Maximum time allowed: 3 hours
- Outside food or beverages not allowed; ok to bring a cake for a birthday.
- Not acceptable to keep people outside the cafe and send them in and out to show less people at a time.
- Prior booking is usually required a week in advance, with advance payment.
- There should be no disturbance for other customers. Passage cannot be blocked with light/camera stands.
Exclusive event rooms available at CW-Clifton and CW-Autobahn (Hyderabad):
- Minimum spending: Rs.1000 per person, or Rs.10,000 in total, whichever is higher. Paid in advance
- The rest is the same as above, except #6 (there will be no other customers)
For non-profit organizations, minimum spending will be only Rs.500 per person, or Rs.2500 in total, whichever is higher. The rest of the condition will be the same.
- Free drinking water, wifi, power/USB sockets, backup generator, clean toilet and cheerful service is guaranteed for all events!
