The world celebrates International Coffee Day on 1st October every year. In Pakistan, Coffee Wagera may have started the awareness for Coffee Day four years ago. And now we celebrate for the entire week, with educational and fun activities and special offers, across all our outlets in Karachi, Hyderabad and Lahore. - Sat 1st Oct, CW-Maskan (Karachi), 7-8pm. Roasting Demo by team Raaz. Watch and learn (and smell) the process of roasting, one of the most important steps from bean to cup.
- Sun 2nd Oct, CW-Autobahn (Hyderabad). 5-6:30pm: Latte Art Competition for baristas of several cafes. 7-8pm: Coffee Activities (Fun & Games) with Mush
- Mon 3rd Oct, CW-Clifton (Karachi), 7-8pm: Brief history of coffee and Home Brewing Demo by Faiz Zafar, co-founder BeanScene, including the French Press and Pour-over.
- Tue 4th Oct, CW-JoharTown (Lahore), 7-8pm: Introduction to Specialty Coffee; Pour-over Demo by Shahrukh Rajput of Artisan Coffee Roaster.
- Wed 5th Oct, CW-JoharTown (Lahore), 7-8pm. Seed to Cup Talk/Demo by Muhammad Ahmad of Barista Guild Asia
- Thu 6th Oct, CW-Badar (Karachi). 6-7pm: Free Coffee and Conversation with Mush. 7-9pm: 2-liter Latte Challenge
- Fri 7th Oct, CW-Ittehad (Karachi), 7-8pm: CW Coffee Club Meet-up for Cafe owners and coffee entrepreneurs
Every participant will earn 50 bonus points on their CW App; just provide a screen shot of your profile page to the owner/manager at the end of the activity. There are no charges; just buy a beverage and join!
